‼️ FOR AREAS IN PHASE 2 ‼️
Movements between municipalities for exercise 🚴🏼♂️
➡️ The Government has modified the order SND/414/2020 that included the relaxation of restrictions in phase 2, and the limit that required walking less than a kilometer from home and doing sport within the same municipality, is no longer applied.
🕒 Likewise, time slots are eliminated and the practice of sport and walks are allowed at any time except between 10:00 and 12:00 and between 19:00 and 20:00, which are reserved for people over 70 and the vulnerable.
🤸🏼♀️ Also, there is no limitation on the number of times per day that you can go out to do these activities.
✅ Therefore, in phase 2 it is possible to do sports and walk outside the municipality of residence, although always within the limits of the province, island or territorial unit of reference for the purposes of the de-escalation process.
🚙 Regarding the possibility of using the car to move to another area in which to carry out these activities (for example, to go to the countryside for hiking), the order does not specify anything. However, it can be understood that the elimination of the territorial limits for sports in phase 2 opens the possibility of taking the car to move for this reason within the province or territorial unit.
You can sun bathe on the beach.
Urbanisation swimming pools can open with strict restrictions, many will not be bothered.
Eat or drink inside a bar/ restaurant.
If you are under 70 you can exercise at any time except 10-12 or 7-8 these are for over 70s & vulnerable.
More shops will be open.
Cinemas, tourist attractions & theatres are open with restrictions.
Hotels are open but you can only go to one in your province.
More people allowed in Church.
Disappointingly to us all nightclubs remain closed.
Masks to be worn where 2m distances can't be kept although I have heard police fining people not wearing masks in their cars. Masks have to be worn in all shops.
Keep well keep safe.
